All the personal data we process is for the purposes of creating and sending newsletters. This information is located on the servers of Mailchimp.  No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

The information we use will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. You can unsubscribe at any time from our newsletter list.

What we would also like to do with your data

We would however like to use your name and email address to inform you of any of our future offers and similar products/items of interest. This information is not shared with third parties, and you can unsubscribe at any time via email.

There are three legitimate ways that you consented to be on our newsletter list.

1. You subscribed to our newsletter via our UK Scriptwriters website.

2. You subscribed to Danny Stack's newsletter via his main website.

3. You are a client or customer or ours or we have worked together in a professional capacity.
